Step 10 of 10 · for workers with several employers
National Insurance coordination · Form 644
Working for several employers? Open the National Insurance coordination form (644) under Forms and Payments, fill in four sections, attach your latest main-employer payslip, and sign and send.
Working for more than one employer? In the Forms and Payments tab, open the National Insurance coordination form (644) and fill in four short sections: your details, the employer in the system, your main employer · including attaching your latest payslip from the main employer (required), and a declaration with your signature. Then sign and send the form.
Good to know: the form is valid until December 31 of the current tax year. If you did not request a tax coordination on Form 101, the system reminds you that Form 644 is intended for workers with several employers. In the sidebar the item is NI Coordination (644), under Forms and Payments. On opening, a notification may explain that the form is intended for workers with more than one employer.
